I love having handmade cards on hand for any occasion. With this card and envelope set, I’ve used my Fiskars stamps and punches to transform the same basic sketch and paper scraps into cards for three different sentiments. Repeating the design makes the assembly go quickly – you could easily make a whole stack of these and give them as a gift - or keep them for yourself and never find yourself scrambling to find the perfect card again!

Instructions:

1. Trim ivory cardstock to 8.5 inches x 5.5 inches. Fold into a card that measure 5.5 inches x 4.25 inches.
2. Trim a rectangle of patterned paper that’s between 2 and 3 inches tall, and 4.25in wide. Attach it to the bottom of your card.

3. Use your Scallop Sentiment punch on a 4.25 inch long strip of patterned paper. Attach it over the first rectangle of patterned paper and stitch just below where the two meet.

   

4. Use your Apron Lace border punch on a 5.5in long strip of patterned paper and attach to the right side of the card. Add a zigzag stitch down the edge of the strip.

   

5. Use your Tag, You’re It XL Squeeze Punch on green patterned paper. Use a sentiment stamp from your stamp set and stamp it with black ink on your tag using a Stamp Block. Staple in place on the top right of the card.

   
6. Attach your accent stamp to your Stamp Block. Stamp it in Black ink on scraps of patterned paper. Cut out the design, layering accents as necessary, and then attach to the front of your card.

Envelopes :

1. Use your Scallop Sentiment punch on a strip of patterned paper. Attach it to the bottom of the envelope.
2. Attach your accent stamp to your Stamp Block. Stamp it in Black ink on scraps of patterned paper. Cut out the design, layering accents as necessary, and then attach to the front of your envelope.
