2010 was a big year for me and I wanted a quick and easy way to remember all the great moments. I put together this little mini album to showcase some of my favorite photos of the year. Since I knew there'd be twelve months worth of pictures, I wanted to keep it really simple to put together. By using my Fiskars tools and repeating the same design on each month, I was able to whip it up in no time. Hope it inspires you to create a year in review album of your favorite times in 2010 or 2011!



Instructions:

1. Create a 6 inch x 6 inch front and back cover for your album out of chipboard. Adhere a 6 inch x 6 inch piece of black cardstock to the cover. Add a piece of 4.5 inch x 5.5 inch black and white patterned paper at the top and a 1 inch x 5.5 inch black and white patterned paper at the bottom.



2. Punch a 1 inch x 5.5 inch strip of red cardstock using Scalloped Sentiment Border Punch and adhere to the cover. Punch a .5 inch x 5.5 inch strip of kraft using In Stitiches Border Punch and adhere to the cover. Print your photo and title and cut using the Circle Cutter. Cut a circle out of teal patterned paper and cut using the Circle Cutter. Mount the photo onto the teal circle and adhere to the cover.



3. Add the name of the month to your main photo and trim to 6 inch x 6 inch. Trim kraft cardstock to 6 inch x 6 inch for each mini photo page. Punch a .75 inch x 6 inch strip of cardstock using border punches and adhere to the right side of the page. Print your photos to 1.5 inch x 1.5 inch and punch using Round 'n Round L Squeeze Punch. Adhere seven of them to the page. Punch two cardstock circles using Round 'n Round L Squeeze Punch and adhere them to the page. 



4. Embellish the middle cirlce using punched shapes from cardstock. Punch a heart using Lever Heart Punch M and add to the last cardstock circle along with a number sticker.



5. Punch holes for binding using the Circle Hand Punch. Tie string through the holes to bind.
