WCMD Thank you Cards

It’s the season of giving so let’s give a thank you note!

For this card I used a Jenni Bowlin paper collection and layered many different patterns to create a nice dimensional card. I love using a pre-made collection for these kinds of cards, because the patterns and colors are all coordinated for you and the design process goes much faster.

I punched a bunch of shapes using the new Intricate Shape Punches. These designs are very delicate and beautiful and I like to punch an extra few and keep them in a small bowl on my craft table to use later on another craft project.

Next, I trimmed patterned papers into small squares, each one a 0.5 inch larger that the previous one. I also trimmed around the negative of the punched shape.

Now it’s time to put the cards together. Stamp sentiment and adhere the paper to form layers. Add a jewel to finish off the cards.
