 To get healthy! The start of a new year is the perfect time to get refocused on fitness and nutrition. Why not create a few crafty reminders to help motivate you to stay on track? You can help inspire the whole family to get in shape.

Fitness Notebook


Dress up a simple spiral notebook to create a fun place to track your progress. Studies have shown that people who keep a food and exercise log are more successful in their wellness pursuits. Use fun patterned paper and Fiskars punches to remind yourself to be a fitness star!

Fitness on the Fridge


I wanted a pretty reminder our family’s fitness goals, so I created this simple layout. I plan to display it on the fridge – a place that everyone sees at least once a day! I used Fiskars Tree Lever punch to remind myself that meeting goals equals growth!

Fitness Flashcards


Here’s a fun way to add some variety to your family’s fitness routine. Create small flash cards with activities. You can make a game out of this – each person can draw a card and complete the activity. Or choose one card per day and have the whole family play together.
