WARRANTY CLAIMS

Fiskars items have a Limited Lifetime Warranty.  Our StaySharp Mowers and our FUSE Creativity System have Limited Warranties.  To review what is, and what is not covered, please visit our warranty FAQ page. 

If you do have a defective item, the various ways we accept warranty claims are listed here.  You can submit your claim by regular mail OR online.  You do not need to complete ALL options...just the one that is most convenient for you.

  • (Option 1) Submit using our Warranty Request form. This form will allow you to submit a warranty request claim along with a photo of the broken or damaged product.  Please photograph your whole item for identification purposes.  Our form only allows 1 photo per claim.  However, if you have more than 1 item, you may submit 1 photo of all your items. 
  • (Option 2) Email your name, address, telephone number, description of problem and photograph of your item(s) to: warranty@fiskars.com
  • (Option 3) Mail in your claim to Fiskars Brands, ATTN: WARRANTY DEPT, 2537 Daniels St,  Madison, WI 53718 USA. You can mail the actual item(s), OR a photo of your item(s), OR a copy of your receipt OR a copy of the back of your packaging.  Please include your name, address and telephone number inside the package.
