Standard Shipping rates are shown below. Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery of merchandise (Monday through Friday, not including Holidays). Standard shipping is available only for the Continental US only. Fiskars does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, FPOs, PO Boxes or US territories.

Returns

Since your satisfaction is our top priority, we understand that it is sometimes necessary to return an item. You may return your product(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. To request a return, please follow the steps below:

•    Merchandise must be returned within 30 days in unused, like-new condition.
•    Return the item in the original product packaging.
•    All returns must include a return authorization number that can be obtained by calling 1-800-950-6678.
•    All refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. Timing of credit to your account will vary based on your financial institution.
•    Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Preparing your return

•    Contact Customer Service to receive a return authorization number.
•    Complete the return form located on the bottom of this page. Then detach the form and place it in the box.
•    Return the item in the original product packaging.
•    Ship the item(s) using the address on the return form.

Promotions

From time to time, Fiskars will offer promotional discount codes. If you have one of these codes enter it into the appropriate box while checking out to receive the discount. Fiskars does not honor other retailer discounts. Retailers do not honor discounts designed for Fiskars.com.

When will my order be processed?

When your order is received, it will be processed and shipped within three (3) business days.

How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?

Upon authorization of your credit card, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have specified. A shipping confirmation will then be sent to that same email address upon shipment of your order. Most in stock orders are shipped within three (3) business days of being placed. Delivery can take between 7–14 business days depending on location.

My order should have arrived by now. What should I do?

You will receive a confirmation email upon shipment of your order, which will include your tracking information. Otherwise, please contact us and we’ll be happy to track your order.

What if a product is “Out of Stock?”

Out-of-stock products are items that are normally for sale through Fiskars.com. We have temporarily run out of inventory for the item. You may check back at a later date to see if the item has become available again.

What if a product tagged with the phrase, “Look for this at your local retailer?”

This product is not for sale through Fiskars.com. Please check your local retailer to purchase this product.
