Border and Corner Punches
- Start with paper that is sized to 1" increments
- Insert the paper flush to the back of the punch with the left side aligned to the first notch on the base
- Depress both levers to cleanly punch the paper
- Keep the paper flush to the back of the punch and slide it to the left, aligning the pattern that was just punched with the silhouette pattern on the punch base
- Punch again by depressing only the right lever
- Repeat until there is only 1" left until the corner
- Turn the paper 90ยบ and repeat the process
- Cut strips of paper (strips 3/4" wide typically look best with most Border Punches)
- Punch along the length of the strip using standard Border and Corner Punch operational steps
- Turn the strip around and punch the other side in the same way in order to create a symmetrical ribbon design
