How do I care for my lopper?
- Wipe clean after each use to prevent sap build-up
- Lightly oil and sharpen blades for longer product life

Where do I get replacement parts?
Many (not all) of our products have replacement parts available (e.g. springs, locks, nuts, bolts). Please contact customer service at 866-348-5661 or by email at warranty@fiskars.com to see if parts are available.
Please be prepared with the following information when you call:
- Product model number, UPC code number or a detailed description of the product (color, length, etc.)
- A description of the part that needs to be replaced

What is our Lifetime Warranty?

Fiskars products are warranted to the consumer purchaser to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the consumer owns the product. Warranty does not cover sharpening, normal wear and tear, environmental factors, accidental damage, misuse, industrial/commerical use.
At Fiskars Brands, Inc.'s option, defective product will be repaired, replaced or substituted with a product of equal value. For more details, call Fiskars Brands, Inc. at 1-866-348-5661. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

This is an awesome tool! I had one for many years and cut a lot of trees! In fact, I pushed my luck cutting a bigger tree than recommended and broke the blade! I have been wanting to buy another one but haven't found one until now! Yeah!

We have owned several different loppers over the years. We originally got these because my wife had trouble with her hands. She found these much easier to use than even the longer ones we had. The thing that impressed me most is how well it stayed sharp. These are by far the best loppers I have ever owned. I would recommend these to anyone and would confidently by any other product from Fiskars if the quality was half as good as this product.

this anvil pruner is a monster in cutting branches. Light as a feather and cuts inch branches cleanly and quicking. Hardly any hand or arm strength needed to make pruning effortless. Buy Fiskars and stop looking for other brands. Their customer service is something that companies did years ago before accountants took over the marketing department. I only buy Fiskars products for gardening equipment after buying Felco, Smith & Hawkens, Craftsman, or any other one. Work the money and it is relatively inexpensive. The blades on the 15 inch pruner are still as sharp as when I purchased it four years ago.
