This card comes together beautifully in just a matter of minutes with minimal supplies. First you’ll need to cut cardstock for your card base. Cut your brown cardstock to 7” x 10”. Fold in half and crease the fold. Cut a piece of patterned paper to 4 ½” x 6 ½”. Adhere, centered, to the front of the card base.
Layer your Scalloped Oval Die-Cut with your Cattail embellishment. Place in the orange carrier and ink with brown ink. Remove from orange carrier and add a 4 ½” square piece of thin chipboard on top. Cover with the Medium Cutting Plate and crank the stack through your Fuse.
Then, embellish the letter pressed chipboard with a layer of gold shimmer mist. Allow to dry. Layer with another layer of light rose shimmer mist. (Note: Chipboard absorbs the mist much more than patterned paper does, so you’ll want to use a generous amount of mist.)
Punch a few butterflies from kraft paper using the Medium Delicate Butterfly Lever Punch and adhere only the body allowing the wings to bend upward.
