1. Use Fiskars Rotary Cutter to cut outside fabric to a outside piece that is 8 inch x 11 inch and a outside piece that is 5 inch x 8 inch. Cut lining fabric to an inside piece that is 8 inch x 11 inch and an inside piece that is 5 inch x 8 inch. Press all fabric.
2. Stitch the two 5x8 pieces together at the top edge, with the right sides together. Pin this piece to the right side of the 8 inch x 11 inch lining piece and stitch close the outer edges. Use Fiskars Pinking Shears to cut three 1.5 inch x 10 inch strips of outside fabric and stitch to the outside 8 inch x 11 inch piece.
3. Pin the right side of this piece to the right side of the outside 8x11 fabric and stitch, leaving an opening to turn the fabric inside out. Turn inside out and press. Secure opening with hand stitches. Add velcro to the inside flap and pocket of the clutch.
