Returning online purchases

 
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we understand that it is sometimes necessary to return an item. You may return item(s) purchased on Fiskars.com within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Merchandise must be in unused, like-new condition. All refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. Timing of credit to your account will vary based on your financial institution. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. 

Returning your purchase

• Locate your return form, which is attached to your package's packing slip with a perforated edge for easy separation

• In order to complete your return form, you will need your authorization number. To receive this number, you must contact Customer Service at 1-866-348-5661 

• Fill out the return form completely, detach it from the packing slip and place it in the box with the item(s) being returned

• Return items in original packaging

• Ship items using the address on the return form

• When your return has been received, you will be contacted by Customer Service

• When your refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification
